Position the arrow (on the knob) in the direction of one of the two holes. Using the red needle insert the line in one of the two holes and push it through the head.
Take the needle and line out and make sure that the head is is positioned in the middle of the line length.
Press the knob and, while it is pushed down, wind up the line. To guarantee a better winding, every three turns take the two sides of the line and pull them out firmly.
