A larger cap on the gasoline tank makes easy the filling operation. All pipes are manufactured in Viton, special material resisting to unleaded fuel corrosion and high temperatures. Special device to avoid Vapor-Lock.

The special material (thickness 1,0 mm), used in manufacturing the muffler, reduces the noise emissions. The Active technology used in producing this component guarantees a longer life of the muffler due to reduced wear (caused by hot temperatures and oil).

The two pieces crankshafts with two counterweights are made of high quality steel. The special design reduces vibrations and guarantees high performances. Piston: Ultra light pistons are used to reduce vibrations. All pistons made of special cast iron have two pistons rings to ensure a longer life of the engine.

Double stage air filters. These filters guarantee longer engines life and lower maintenance costs. A paper filter kit (ideal for very dusty conditions) is available, as an option, for 4.5 - 5.5 engines 6.5 engine fit paper filter

The digital ignitions have been specifically developed by ACTIVE to offer better performances. The digital ignition guarantees an easier start of the engine in any condition, a cleaner engine and lower emissions.

Some models are equipped with a decompressor to guarantee an easy start with very low effort. This device eliminates the kick back and ensure a longer life of starter components.

Shock absorbers are fitted between the flexible shaft and the transmission to guarantee low vibrations on the handle.

The attachment, on any ACTIVE backpack units, can be changed in few seconds. The backpack can be used as brushcutter, pruner, hedge trimmer, blower, olive harvester and cultivator.A safety pin guarantees a steady connection.

The flexible transmission shaft can be disconnected in few seconds by simply pulling out the safety pin.
